I know someone who has not been able to complete class 12th science(appeared in 1995). She has been housewife for last 19 years and in this period she has developed the french language herself to the extent that she gives tuition to 6-10 std students of all boards. But since she has no qualification certificate she cannot apply to all the good teaching jobs.

She wants to pursue her career in French only as a teacher.Please advice on which institutes/universities she can apply for admission to first basic certificate course and then further she can surge ahead.

Your right guidance in this regard will be appreciated for ever.
