Method – Boil the potatoes  mash it and then ,divide it in two parts then boil peas also and then in one part mix peas and all the spices and in another mix arrarut and salt only . remember never mash potatoes when they are hot . then take a part of arrarut potato and put the another part on it and then make a round shape like tikki and then fry it and serve it with chutney.
